DR TB Care at DHQ Hospital Attock
Eligibility Criteria:
Pharm-D. Additional qualification of MPH will be preferred.
One year of experience as Clinical Pharmacist/Hospital Pharmacist; and experience in managing TB drugs will be preferred.
Computer skills, particularly working on MS Office, are desired. Key Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)
Assist the project in managing and dispensing SLDS, educate on drug intake, and aDSM on follow-up visits
Maintenance of MDR TB patients' records.
Facilitate the conduct of investigations, and offer health education including mental health
Conduct household screening visits, liaising with Xpert sites and retrieval of missed follow-up patients healthcare project(s). Computer skills particularly working on MS office are desired.
